Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 31, 2026

We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains, in plain language, which personal data we process when you use this website and the quote form, why we process it, who we share it with and how you can exercise your rights — in line with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law 13,709/2018 — LGPD) and, for visitors from the European Union and Portugal, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is Tryzo Tecnologia — AUGUSTO KAYO RODRIGUES RAMOS, CNPJ 54.485.129/0001-66, Área Especial 12, Lote D, 2º e 3º Andares, Setor Sul, Gama, Brasília - DF, CEP 72415-520.

Data Protection Officer (DPO): Augusto Kayo — email tryzotecnologia@gmail.com, WhatsApp +55 61 99380-0411.

2. What data we collect

  • Data you provide in the quote form: name, WhatsApp number, email, company (optional), project type, description of your needs and budget range (optional).
  • Language preference: a functional cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) stores your chosen language for up to 12 months.
  • Visit source: campaign parameters in the URL (such as utm_source, utm_campaign, gclid and fbclid) are kept only in your browser session and included in the quote message so we know how you found us.
  • Browsing data: when measurement tools (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads or Meta) are active, they may collect data such as pages visited, device and interactions, under those providers' policies.

3. How the form works

The form does not store your data on Tryzo servers or databases. At the end, the information is assembled into a message and you are taken to WhatsApp, where you decide whether to send it.

Once sent, the conversation is handled by WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) and our sales team, solely to reply to your request.

4. Why we use your data and on what legal basis

  • To reply to your quote request and prepare a proposal — steps prior to entering into a contract, at your request (LGPD art. 7, V; GDPR art. 6(1)(b)).
  • To keep in touch about your project and our business relationship — legitimate interest (LGPD art. 7, IX; GDPR art. 6(1)(f)), always respecting your rights and expectations.
  • To measure campaign performance and improve the website — consent, where required (LGPD art. 7, I; GDPR art. 6(1)(a)).
  • To comply with legal and regulatory obligations — LGPD art. 7, II; GDPR art. 6(1)(c).

5. Who we share it with

We never sell, rent or trade your personal data. It may only be processed by:

  • Meta Platforms (WhatsApp), for the conversation you start;
  • Website hosting and infrastructure providers (such as Vercel);
  • Measurement and advertising tools, when active (Google and Meta);
  • Public authorities, when required by law or court order.

6. International transfers

Some providers may process data outside Brazil or the European Union. In such cases, transfers rely on the safeguards set out in the LGPD (art. 33) and the GDPR (chapter V), such as standard contractual clauses.

7. How long we keep it

We keep data only as long as needed to handle your request, manage the business relationship and meet legal obligations. After that, it is deleted or anonymized.

8. Security and confidentiality

  • The entire website runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
  • Access to information is restricted to the people handling your request.
  • Everything you share about your business and project is treated as confidential. When needed, confidentiality is formalized in a contract or non-disclosure agreement (NDA).
  • If a security incident may pose a relevant risk, you and the competent authorities will be notified as required by law.

9. Your rights

At any time and free of charge, you may:

  • confirm whether we process your data and access it;
  • correct incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
  • request anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or unlawfully processed data;
  • request data portability;
  • find out who we share your data with;
  • withdraw consent and object to processing based on legitimate interest;
  • lodge a complaint with Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD) or Portugal's National Data Protection Commission (CNPD).

10. How to exercise your rights

Send your request to tryzotecnologia@gmail.com or via WhatsApp +55 61 99380-0411. We will reply within the legal deadlines and may ask for information to confirm your identity.

11. Cookies and local storage

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings at any time.

  • NEXT_LOCALE (functional cookie, 12 months): remembers your language.
  • tryzo_consent (necessary cookie, 6 months): stores your cookie choices.
  • tryzo_attribution (session storage): keeps the campaign source until you close the browser.
  • Analytics and marketing cookies: only enabled after your consent in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time under "Cookie preferences" in the footer.

12. Children

This website and our services are intended for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the website or the law. The date of the latest update is always shown at the top of this page.
